This paper took DF Rural Cooperative Bank for an example, for the status questions of remuneration system and the problems in it, moreover, based on the principles of fair in interior and competitive to exterior, full of incentive and available to company, remuneration system design was carried out based on job evaluation and performance appraisal, finally, several additional matching systems for the incentive system were put forward.%以DF农业合作银行为例,针对其薪酬体系现状和存在的问题,根据对内公平、对外竞争、具有激励性和企业可支付性的原则,进行了基于岗位评价和绩效考评的薪酬体系设计,并简要提出了相关配套制度的建设.
