葡萄籽油的提取及其性质研究

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The optimum extraction technology of grape seed oil was discussed, and its physical and chemical properties were studied. [ Method] Effects of extraction solvent, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction rate were studied by single factor experiment. And the optimum extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiment. [ Result] The optimum conditions were as follows: with diethyl ether as solvent, extraction time 120 min, extraction temperature 45 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:10. Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 12. 19% . [Conclusion] The obtained grape seed oil has the character of bright and clear color, pure and normal smell, and its physical and chemical properties conform to industrial standards.%[目的]探讨葡萄籽油的最佳提取工艺,并对其理化性质进行研究.[方法]以单因素试验考察提取溶剂、提取时间、料液比和提取温度对葡萄籽油提取率的影响,并采用正交试验确定葡萄籽油的最佳提取工艺.[结果]葡萄籽油的最佳提取工艺为选用乙醚作溶剂,提取时间120 min,提取温度45℃,料液比1:10;在该优化条件下,提取率为12.19%.[结论]所得葡萄籽油颜色鲜亮、透明清澈,气味较纯正,其理化性质符合行业标准.
