以海口市演丰镇为例,通过实地调查和案例分析,对海南乡村旅游发展的影响因素进行实证研究.研究表明:政府和政策因素、经济结构因素和传统文化因素是影响海南乡村旅游发展的主要因素,管理因素和基础设施因素是次要因素.最后,从政府、农民和市场3个角度对海南乡村旅游未来的发展提出了暂缓开发和改善现有资源的建议.%Taking Yanfeng Town as a case, the impact factors on the rural tourism development in Hainan were studied through field investigation and case analysis. As indicated by the research results, the government and policy, economic structure and traditional culture were the main factors while management and infrastructure were the secondary factors influencing the development of rural tourism in Hainan. Finally, some suggestions were put forward from the three perspectives of government, peasants and market to slow down the development and improve the current tourism resources.
