[目的]测定新疆不同产地2种沙枣果实的水分、总灰分及总黄酮的含量,为建立新疆沙枣质量标准提供试验数据.[方法]按《中国药典》2010年版Ⅰ部附录IXH中水分测定法中的第1法、附录IXK灰分测定法测定,以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色体系作为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量.[结果]新疆2种不同产地沙枣果实含水量均不超过13.92%,总灰分不高于2.91%;总黄酮含量分别为8.75±0.1015和2.15±0.0656mg/g(n=3).[结论]该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于沙枣果实中总黄酮的含量测定.%[ Objective ] To detect the water contents, total ash contents and total flavonoids contents of Elaeagnus mooraroftii Wall and Elae-agnus oxcarpa Schlechtend in Xinjiang. [ Method] According to the 2010 Chinese Pharmacopeia, water content and total ash content were detected. With rutin as the reference substance, NaNO2 - A1(NO3)3 - NaOH color system was taken as chromogenic reagent. Total flavonoids content was detected by UV spectrophotometry. [Result] Water content was less than 13.75% and total ash content was less than 2.91% in both E. Oxcarpa and E. Mooraroftii fruits. The total flavonoids contents of E. Oxcarpa and E. Mooraroftii in Xinjiang were 8.75 ±0. 1015 and 2. 15 ±0.065 6 mg/g (n = 3) , respectively. [ Conclusion ] This method was simple accurate and repeatable and could be used for the content determination of total flavonoids in Elaeagnus angustifolia fruits.
