水回流法提取河湟红花籽粕中5-羟色胺衍生物的工艺研究

         

摘要

[目的]优选水回流法提取河湟红花籽粕5-羟色胺衍生物的最佳工艺条件.[方法]以5-羟色胺衍生物含量为指标,采用正交试验法对影响水回流法提取河湟红花粉粕中5-羟色胺衍生物的提取温度、提取时间、提取次数和料液比4个因素进行考察,优选出最佳提取方案.[结果]影响蒸馏水回流法提取河湟红花籽粕中5-羟色胺衍生物含量的因素依次为提取温度>提取时间>提取次数>料液比;提取温度对5-羟色胺衍生物提取率具有明显影响;最佳提取方案为:提取温度80℃,提取时间1.5h,提取次数3次,料液比1∶20(g/ml);在此条件下提取的5-羟色胺衍生物含量为0.66%.[结论]优选出了最佳提取工艺,为河湟红花籽粕的开发利用提供了理论依据.%[ Objective ] To optimize the extraction technology of serotonin derivatives from seed meal of Hehuang Carthamus tinctorius L. By water reflux method. [ Method ] Taking the content of serotonin derivatives as index, the extraction technology of serotonin derivatives was optimized by means of orthogonal test with extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio as experimental factors. [ Result ] The extraction of serotonin derivatives from seed meal of Hehuang C. Tinctorius was impacted mostly by extraction temperature, followed by extraction time, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio. The optimal technology was extraction temperature of 80 % , extraction time of 1.5 h, extraction times of 3 and solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 g/ml, with which the content of f serotonin derivatives was 0. 70% . [ Conclusion ] This optimal extraction technology could provide basis for the development and production of Hehuang C. Tinctorius seed meal.
