The paper analyzed the disasters-causing factors of three wide range rainstorm processes in Hubei Province from June 9 to 20, 2011,rnthe effective ways and coverage of their forecast and early warning, as well as the requirements and effectiveness of meteorological service ob-rnjecls, and then summarized the successful experience, problems and improvements of meteorological services, which are very important for thernmeteorological services in the future.%通过分析2011年6月9～20日湖北省3次大范围暴雨过程的致灾因子、预报预警发布传播的有效途径和覆盖面以及气象服务对象的关注点、需求和服务效果等方面,总结气象服务的成功经验、存在问题及改进措施,对今后的气象服务具有重要意义.
