四川省凉山烟区浓香型烤烟品种筛选研究

         

摘要

[目的]筛选适宜于四川省凉山烟区环境的浓香型烤烟品种,为中式卷烟的需求提供丰富的优质原料,并进一步丰富凉山烟叶香型风格,提升凉山浓香型优质烟叶的市场竞争力.[方法]采用随机区组设计,将4种浓香型烟草品种NC297、NC55、湘烟3号、K326与凉山当地主栽品种云烟85进行对比试验.参照标准YC/T142—1998调查团棵期(约移栽后25~30 d)、旺长期、现蕾期和圆顶期各处理烟株农艺性状;收获期适时采收与科学调制,按照国标42级制进行分级,分别计算产量、上等烟比例、上中等烟比例和经济效益;选取C3F(9-13叶位中部叶)烟叶样品2 kg寄送农业部烟草产业产品质量监督检验测试中心,用于测定烟叶化学成分和烟叶质量评吸等.[结果]在凉山烟区,NC55、NC297和湘烟3号比云烟85生长发育要快,叶长、叶宽、株高、叶数等高于云烟85,其产量和上等烟比例好于云烟85,且产值相对较高,但上中等烟比例和均价不能满足生产需求.烟叶总氮含量以NC297最高,与云烟85差异显著;NC55、NC297和湘烟3号钾离子含量高于云烟85,氯离子含量相对较低,糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比等与云烟85差异较大,说明烟叶化学成分的协调性与烤烟生长的生态条件有关.云烟85烟叶在香气质、香气量、燃烧性等方面略好于浓香型品和烟叶,然而NC55、NC297和湘烟3号烟叶劲头和浓度仍保持着自身独有的特点.[结论]在凉山烟区(典型清甜香型烟区),NC55、NC297和湘烟3号等浓香型品种生长健壮,经济效益高,所生产出来的烟叶可满足烟草工业对浓香型烟叶原料的要求,适宜在凉山地区种植.%[Objective] The purpose was to screen aroma style flue-cured tobacco varieties suitable for the tobacco area environment of Liangshan, Sichuan Province, to provide abundant good materials and enrich tobacco leaf aromatic style of Liangshan, then promote their market competitiveness. . Method] Randomized block design was used to carry out the comparative trial about 4 aroma style flue-cured tobacco varieties, NC297, NC55, Xiangyan No. 3 and K326, and local main cultivars of Liangshan Yunyan85, The agronomic traits of all treatments at the end of root elongation stage(25 -30 days after transplanting ) , the vigorous growing stage, the budding stage and topping stage were investigated according to standard YC/T142-1998; Leaves were harvested in suitable time and treated scientifically, and classified according to the national standard 42 grade system, and then their yield, the proportion of superior tobacco, the proportion of middle and superior tobacco, and economic benefit were calculated; Two kg C3F leaf sample (the middle part leaf of 9 - 13 leaf position) were sent to the Test Center for Tobac-co Industry Product Quality Supervision and Inspection, Ministry of Agronomy, to examine their chemical components and quality of absorption. [Result] In Liangshan tobacco area, leaf length, leaf width, plant height and leaf number of NC297, NC55 and Xiangyan No. 3 were all higher than Yunyan 85 , which showed their growth and development speed were higher than Yuanyan 85; Their yield and the proportion of superior tobacco showed better than Yunyan 85 , and their output were higher relatively, while their the proportion of middle and superior tobacco and average price could not meet the requirements of production. NC297's total nitrogen content was the highest, and had significant difference with Yunyan 85; NC297, NC55 and Xiangyan No. 3 s potassium ion content were all higher than Yunyan 85, while their chlorine ion content were lower relatively and their ratio of sugar to alkabid, ration of nitrogen to alkabid and ration of potassium to chlorine had big difference with Yunyan 85, which showed the harmony of leaf chemical components had correlation with their planting ecological condition. Yunyan 85 leaf's aroma quality, aroma substance, burning were a little better than aroma style flue-cured tobacco varieties, while NC297, NC55 and Xiangyan No. 3 leaf harder and concentration still kept their unique features. [Conclusion] In Liangshan tobacco area, NC297, NC55 and Xiangyan No. 3 grow strong, and their economic benefit are high, and their leaves can meet tobacco industrial requirements for the raw materials of aroma style tobacco leaves, suitable for growing in Liangshan area.
