香椿蛋白质对小鼠抗氧化能力及非特异免疫的影响

         

摘要

[目的]研究香椿蛋白质对小鼠抗氧化能力及非特异免疫的影响.[方法]用硫酸铵沉淀法、透析、冷冻干燥的方法提取香椿蛋白粗品,然后分别以高、中、低剂量的香椿蛋白腹腔注射小鼠9d,取一半数量小鼠的血清,用试制盒测定血清的SOD和GSH-Px,并解剖出肝脏、脾脏和胸腺,测定丙二醛MDA含量及胸腺和脾脏指数;另一半小鼠于第10天腹腔注射淀粉肉汤,然后取腹腔液观察巨噬细胞的吞噬率.[结果]香椿粗品蛋白的含量为84.5%,得率为5.3%.香椿蛋白可明显提高小鼠血清SOD的活性(P <0.05,高剂量P<0.01);高剂量香椿蛋白可明显增加GSH-Px的含量(P<0.05)、脾脏指数(P<0.05,高剂量P<0.01)和巨噬细胞的吞噬率(P<0.05)[结论]香椿蛋白具有一定的体内抗氧化能力,对小鼠非特异性免疫也有一定的促进作用.%[ Objective] To study the effects of Toona sinensu protein on the antioxidant capacity and nonspecific immunity of mice. [ Method] Crude protein was extracted from T. sinensis by dialysis, freeze drying, and ammonium sulphate precipitation. Mice were given T. sinensis protein by intraperitoneal injection for 9 d in high-, middle- and low-dosages. Serums of half of mice were selected and their SOD and GSH-Px were detected by kits. Liver, spleen, and thymus were anatomized. MDA content and spleen and thymus indices were detected. The other half mice were given starch broth at 10 d by intraperitoneal injection. Then, peritoneal fluid was taken out and the phagocytic rate of macrophage was observed. [ Result] Content of T. sinensis crude protein was 84. 5% and the extraction rate was 5. 3%. T. sinensis protein could significantly enhance the activity of SOD in mice serum ( P < 0. 05 , high dosage P < 0. 01 ) . High-dosage T. sinensis protein could enhance the content of GSH-Px ( P < 0. 05) , spleen index ( P < 0. 05 , high dosage P < 0.01) , and phagocytic rate of macrophage ( P < 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] T. sinensis protein had certain in vivo antioxidanl capacity, and could promote the nonspecific immunity of mice.
