玉米秸秆木糖水解液的脱色研究

         

摘要

[Objective] To seek for an optimum technology for decolorizing xylose hydrolyzate. [Method] TTie cornstalk xylose hydrolyzaternwas decolorized with activated carbon, and the best decoiorization parameters were determined by orthogonal experiment. [ Result] It was thernbest to decolorize the cornstalk xylose hydrolyzate by 5% activated carbon at 60 X, for 30 min, under which the decoiorization rale could reachrnup to 95.27% and the retention rate of xylose could be 80. 12%. [ Conclusion] Both the decoiorization rate and xylose retention rate maintainrnat a high level under the optimized parameters, the decloarization technology is stable and practical.%[目的]为玉米秸秆木糖水解液的生产提供科学依据.[方法]用活性炭对玉米秸秆木糖水解液进行脱色研究,通过正交试验确定玉米秸秆木糖水解液脱色的较优工艺参数.[结果]以活性碳对玉米秸秆木糖水解液脱色的较优工艺参数为:活性炭用量5%,温度60℃,时间30 min.在该工艺条件下木糖水解液的脱色率为95.27%,木糖保留率为80.12%.[结论]以该优化工艺脱色,玉米秸秆木糖水解液的脱色率和木糖保留率均取得较好效果,该工艺稳定可行.
