Soybean isoflavones are phenolic secondary metabolites found mostly in legumes having important function of health protection, they are one of the important indexes of soybean quality. Soybean isoflavones have organization, development and environmental factor specificity in plant metabolism process and play important roles in plant ecological defense, root formation and human health. Thus, it has important meaning to improve soybean quality by improving soybean isoflavones content, and this paper reviewed the research progress in the biosynthetic pathway of soybean isoflavone.%大豆异黄酮是一类具有重要保健功能的酚类次级代谢物,是大豆品质的重要指标之一.在植物代谢过程中,大豆异黄酮的表达丰度具有组织和环境因子特异性,在植物生态防御、根瘤形成、人类健康方面具有重要作用.因此,提高大豆中的异黄酮含量对大豆品质改良有重要意义.该研究就大豆异黄酮生物合成途径研究进展做一综述.
