With the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for fresh food is also gradually increasing, and the cold chain logistics related to refrigerated goods develops very quickly. Because of the particularity of food cold-chain logistics, in this paper, a comprehensive evaluation system was set up for food cold-chain logistics, and then used to evaluate the food cold-chain logistics enterprises. At the same time, the JSP technology was adopted to develop a set of full functional food cold-chain logistics comprehensive evaluation system. Finally, the system was verified through an example. The results showed that the evaluation system had better application in the comprehensive evaluation of food cold chain logistics.%随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对于新鲜食品的需求也在逐步增长,与冷藏商品密切相关的冷链物流发展非常迅速.针对食品冷链物流的特殊性,运用组合评价方法建立起一个食品冷链物流的综合评价体系,并对食品冷链物流公司进行评价研究.同时,利用JSP技术开发了一套功能完备的食品冷链物流综合评价系统.最后,通过实例对系统进行验证.验证结果表明,该评价系统在食品冷链物流综合评价中具有较好的应用性.
