彭阳县麦子塬节水灌溉自动控制系统设计

         

摘要

针对宁南山区的彭阳县水资源严重匮乏问题,在彭阳县麦子塬自行设计与建设了节水灌溉自动控制技术工程.建成的灌溉面积66.67 hrn2的高效设施农业示范区,可对高位水池水位、各支管电磁阀工作状态、节点管网压力及水泵的运行状态进行实时监测.经试运行各项指标均达到设计要求,实时检测数据自动调整灌溉管网供水压力及水泵的运行状态,已达到了最佳灌溉效果,实现了灌溉的精准化、系统化和自动化.该文从设计理念、原则、方案到设备选型及施工管理进行了探讨,摸索出一条干旱山区水资源高效利用设施建设的新模式,为现代高效节水农业发展起到了示范引导作用.%In view of the serious water shortage problems in Pengyang County in South Ningxia mountainous areas t an automatic control en neering for the water-saving irrigation was designed and constructed in Maiziyuan of Pengyang County. A high-efficient facility agriculture de onstration area with 66.67 hm irrigation area was constructed, the high pool water level, the working state of solenoid valve of each pip, node pipe network pressure and the working slate of pipe were monitored. All indices have reached the technical requirements in trial tests, lop water supply pressure and working state of the pipes were automatically regulated according to the real-time monitoring data, which have obtained the best irrigation effects and realized the precise, systematic and automatic irrigation. A new construction mode of high-efficient water resources utilization facilities in arid mountainous areas was explored from the design theory, principles, plan, the selection of facilities and the construction management, which greatly promotes the development of modern high-efficient water-saving agriculture.
