灰色局势决策法评价烤烟化学特性

         

摘要

[Objective] To known the chemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves. [Method] 213 flue-cured tobacco samples were collected, and eighteen chemical parameters were measured. The value of chemical characteristics for each sample was calculated by grey situation decision based on the chemical parameters, [Result] The chemical characteristics values of different tobacco cultivars were obtained. This method was validated by senor quality analysis. The results indicated that the weighted measure value can be an indicator for tobacco leaf chemical characteristics. [Conclusion] This method provided an ideas for raw material selection in cigarettes formulating.%[目的]掌握初烤烟化学特性的优劣.[方法]分析检测213个烤烟样本的18项化学指标,采用灰色局势决策法,对不同来源的烤烟样品化学特性进行了评价.[结果]获得不同烤烟品种化学特性效果测度值,通过感官评价方法验证,表明采用灰色局势决策法获得的初烤烟化学特性测度值可表征烟叶化学特性.[结论]该研究可为烤烟原料在卷烟配方中的应用提供思路.
