[ Objective ] To study the functions of tomato LeCBL4 genes. [ Method ] The over-expression vector of LeCBL4 was constructed -and then adopted to transform Nicotiana benthamiana, the obtained plant was determined by PCR, hygromycen resistance detection and semi-quantitative analysis. [Result] A total of 30 transgenic plants were obtained, and determined by semi-quantitative analysis to have higher LeCBL4 expression amount than wild types. [ Conclusion] The tobacco with over-expressed LeCBIA gene was obtained in this experiment, laying a foundation for further studying the LeCBL4 gene.%[目的]对番茄LeCBL4基因的功能进行初步研究.[方法]构建番茄LeCBL4超表达载体,并转化本氏烟,对获得的植株进行PCR检测、潮霉素抗性检测与半定量分析.[结果]试验共获得30株转基因植株;半定量分析发现,在超表达植株中LeCBL4表达量明显高于野生型.[结论]试验真正获得了LeCBL4超表达烟草,为进一步研究LeCBL4的功能奠定了基础.
