动物实验伦理教育探析

         

摘要

为克服学生在动物实验中的两种极端行为,基于动物实验的科学价值、动物实验对人及其自身的贡献、动物实验的不可或缺性进行价值分析,阐述动物实验的必要性;基于人的优先权利、动物使用的生态模型进行道德分析,论述动物实验的合理性;也基于人关爱动物的本性、互惠利他理论探讨动物福利论的动物实验规范性.在此基础上提出了动物实验伦理教育:认识动物实验的科学价值,使实验动物物尽其用;树立辩证的动物实验伦理观,保护动物的合法权利;贯彻3R原则,引导学生动物实验的合理行为.%In order to avoid the phenomena that students reject experiments on animals and abuse animals and neglect well-being in experiments, the article analyzes the necessity of animal experiment based on the scientific value of animal experiment, the contribution of animal experiment for human beings and animals, and the indispensiblity of animal experiment. The ethnics was analyzed based on anthropic precedence right and ecological model, and the standardization of animal experiments was discussed based on the nature of human beings caring about animals and the animal welfare founded on theory of reciprocal truism. On this basis, the animal experiment ethics education was put forward; knowing the scientific value of animal experiment to take full uses of animals; setting up dialectic viewpoint of animal experiment ethics to protect animal's legal right, carrying out 3R principles to lead students to behave resonably to use animals.
