关于食品安全的各利益方的博弈分析

         

摘要

There are manufacturer, consumers and government in food market and they are not symmetric relationship. Many scholars have studied the game of the government and manufacturers. The relationship between consumers and manufacturers was analyzed. Consumers possess little information and they are in an inferior position between consumers and manufacturers. It was showed that the four theoretical market segments do not exist in reality. The results will provide helpful suggestions for consumers on how to seek their own interests.%在食品市场中,主要存在食品生产商、食品消费者和政府部门等食品安全的利益相关者,但是他们处在不对称的关系中.很多学者已经研究了政府与食品生产商的博弈关系.分析食品消费者和食品企业的关系,食品消费者掌握的信息很少,与食品企业的博弈中处于劣势的地位,但是理论中的4种市场区分在现实中并不存在.研究结果有助于处于信息劣势的消费者为自己谋取食品安全方面的利益.
