[目的]研究盐胁迫对不同海棠砧木品种Na+含量变化的影响.[方法]以3个不同品种海棠的1年生平茬苗为研究对象,采用盆栽盐胁迫的方法,从Na+含量方面研究了山荆子、湖北海棠、台湾林檎对盐胁迫的响应机制.[结果]随着盐胁迫浓度的增加,山荆子受盐害症状较明显,而耐盐性较好的湖北海棠和台湾林檎的各指标则较稳定.[结论]湖北海棠对照处理下根部Na+含量较其他树种高,有较好的适应性,并且在盐胁迫时通过控制根部对Na+的吸收,从而减少对植株的伤害,维持膜系统的稳定.%[ Objective ] Effects of salt stress on Na+ concentration in different begonia rootstock varieties were studied. [ Method ] Based on the first year stump seedlings of the three different Begonia tree species, with potted salt stress method, the responding mechanisms to salt stress of Mains baccata,Mains hupehensis,Mains doumeri with the change of the Na+ were observed. [Result] With the increasing of salt concentration, the changes of physiological indexes of Malus baccata were more obvious than Malus hupehensis and Malus doumeri. [ Conclusion]Malus hupehensis had much more Na+ contention in root than other trees under control treatment. It could restrain the absorbtion of Na+ in root to adapt to the salt stress.
