运用计量经济分析方法,分析了非农就业与农村劳动力转移培训的关系.结果表明,对于那些教育程度较好、社会资本丰富、家庭负担少、曾经有过务工经历的农户来说,参加农村劳动力转移培训有利于实现非农就业.%The relationship between non-agricultural employment and rural labors transfer training was analyzed by econometric analysis method. The result showed that, for those farmers who are well educated and with rich social experience, less family burden and working experiences, the rural labor transfer training could contribute to their non-agricultural employment.
