[目的]优化以提取芦丁后的大枣渣为原料进行大枣多糖的提取工艺.[方法]通过Box-Bohnken中心组合试验设计及响应面法分析建立二次回归模型,对液固比、提取时间和提取温度进行优化组合.[结果]大枣多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:液固比30:1、提取时间3.6 h、提取温度89℃.在此最佳工艺条件下,大枣多糖得率为13.85%.[结论]通过多元回归拟合,所得回归方程可以准确地反映多糖得率与液固比、提取时间和提取温度的相互关系,最佳工艺能够用于指导大枣多糖的提取.%[ Objective ] The aim was to optimize the extraction conditions for the yield of polysaccharides from jujube residue which was collected after the extraction of rutin. [ Method ] The optimum extraction conditions for liquid-to-solid ratio, extraction time and temperature were studied according to the mathematics model built by using Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface methodology (RSM). [ Result ]The results showed that extraction conditions of jujube polysaccharides were liquid-to-solid ratio of 30: 1, extraction time of 3.6 h and temperature of 89 ℃, then the yield rate of jujube polysaccharides was 13.85%. [ Conclusion] The regression equation, which was obtained by multiple linear regression, accurately reflected the interrelation among the polysaccharides yield rate, liquid-to-solid ratio, time and temperature, and the optimum technology can be used to instruct the extraction of jujube polysaccharides.
