[ Objective ] To study fattening effect of cattle feeding by fermented stalk. [ Method ] The cattle were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was feed by fermented stalk in place of 50％ ensilage corn for 90 d. Utilization efficiency of feed,mean ADG et al were determined. [ Result ] The feed consumption of cattle was significantly increased by fermented stalk. Consumption of roughage feed of experimental group increased 5.6％, compared with the control group. The mean ADG of experimental group improved significantly ( P ＜0.01 ). The income in this experiment period increased 234.9 yuan each cattle. [ Conclusion] The income of cattle raising could be significantly increased by feeding stalk after fermentation and package.%[目的]研究微贮麦秸饲养肉牛的育肥效果.[方法]将试验牛分为2组,试验组与对照组,试验组饲喂用微贮麦秸替代50%青贮玉米的饲料,饲养90 d;测定实际增重、饲料利用率等.[结果]微贮麦秸能显著提高肉牛采食量,试验组粗饲料消耗比对照组提高5.6%;试验组肉牛平均日增重较对照组显著提高(P<0.01);试验期增加收益234.9元/头.[结论]麦秸经微贮打包后可明显提高肉牛养殖效益.
