氢化物发生原子荧光法测定海带中铅含量

         

摘要

[ Objective]The aim was to seek a more suitable method in determining the lead of the kelp. [Method] The sample of former process was conducted using the microwave digestion method and the lead of the kelp was determined using the atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [ Result] The detection limit was 0.085 2 μg/L, and RSD was below 10%, the recovery rate was between 89.1% and 107.2%. [ Conclusion] The method was simple,fast,accurate and low pollution to the environment. It was a satisfying result for the determination of lead.%[目的]为检测海带中铅寻找更适合的方法.[方法]采用微波消解法进行样品前处理,用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法检测海带中的铅.[结果]铅的最低检出限为0.085 2 μg/L,方法的相对标准偏差小于10%,回收率为89.1%~107.2%.[结论]该法简单,快速,灵敏度高,对环境污染轻,用于海带中铅的检测获得令人满意的结果.
