原子荧光光度法测定花生壳中重金属含量

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The purpose was to determine the content of heavy metal in peanut hull. [ Method ] The content of Cd, As, Hg and Pb in peanut hull from different producing areas were determined by means of atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. [ Result ] There was certain difference of heavy metal content in peanut hull from different producing areas, but all heavy metal content accorded with the limited standard of heavy metal in the Green Trade Standards of Importing and Exporting Medicinal Plants and Preparations ( 2001 ). [ Conclusion ] Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was rapid, simple and accurate, while the determination of heavy metal in peanut hull could provide reference for the quality evaluation of peanut hull.%[目的]测定花生壳中重金属含量.[方法]采用原子荧光光度法测定云南不同产地花生壳中Cd、As、Hg、Pb的含量.[结果]不同产地花生壳中重金属含量存在一定差异,但均符合(2001)中重金属的限量标准.[结论]原子荧光光度法快速、简便、准确,花生壳中重金属含量的测定可为花生壳药材的质量评价提供参考依据.
