紫外可见分光光度法同时测定水中铬(Ⅵ)和锰(Ⅶ)的含量

         

摘要

[目的]同时测定水中铬(Ⅵ)和锰(Ⅶ)的含量.[方法]在波长为440和545 nm下,以硫酸作为参比测定水的吸光度,根据吸光度的加和性.用紫外可见分光光度法同时测定水中铬(Ⅵ)和锰(Ⅶ)的含量.[结果]在440和545 nm适宜波长下测定铬(Ⅵ)和锰(Ⅶ)的吸光度,对数据进行回归处理,得线性回归方程和相关系数,表明线性关系均良好.[结论]此方法反应灵敏,操作简单,适合天然水或工业废水中铬(Ⅵ)和锰(Ⅶ)含量的同时测定.%[ Objective ] The research on the simultaneous determination of chromium (Ⅵ) and manganese(Ⅶ) in water was done. [ Method ] The content of the chromium and ~ese in water was simultaneously tested with the method of UV-visible spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 440 nm and 545nm and according to the additivity of absorbance based on the determination of the absorbance of water under the sulfuric acid as the reference. [Results] The absorbance of chromium and manganese was tested at 440 nm and 545nm wavelength and the regression equations and correlation coefficient after the regression processing of the data indicated that the linear relationship was good. [ Conclusion] This method was with responsive reaction and simple operation,which was suitable for the simultaneous determination of chromium and manganese in natural water or industrial wastewater.
