不同水分条件对蚬木幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The aim of this paper was to study the variation in growth of the height, diameter and chlorophyll content of the E.hsienmu seedlings under different water conditions. [ Method ] The effect of water stress on the growth and chlorophyll content of 1-2-year old seedlings of E. hsienmu was studied by pot experiment. [ Result] There were significant differences in height, diameter and chlorophyll content of the E. hsienmu seedlings under pot experiment of different water conditions. Water of optimum condition was useful for enhancing the growth and chlorophyll content of seedlings, whereas the condition of water stress, which meant to not water for seven successive days, would decrease the growth and chlorophyll content of seedlings. [ Conclusion] E. hsienmu seedlings were sensitive to the contents of water, and therefore the water management during the seedling breeding period should be strengthened.%[目的]阐明水分条件对蚬木幼苗生长的影响.[方法]通过盆栽控水试验,研究9种水分处理下蚬木苗高、地径生长量和叶绿素 含量的变化.[结果]不同控水条件下,蚬木苗高和地径增长量及叶绿素含量均存在显著差异;适宜的水分条件有利于提高幼苗的生长和叶绿素含量,而水分胁迫,如不供水或连续7 d浇水会降低蚬木幼苗生长量和叶绿素含量.[结论]蚬木苗期对水分比较敏感,应加强苗期的水分管理.
