溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2及其光催化性能的研究

         

摘要

以钛酸丁酯为原料、无水乙醇为溶剂、硝酸为抑制剂,运用正交试验法确定了溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2的初步最优条件,运用X-射线衍射技术对所制备的TiO2粉体样品进行了表征,并以大红染料作为目标降解物,研究了制备TiO2粉体活化温度、活化时间、紫外灯照射高度、催化剂投加量以及废水pH值对光催化性能的影响.结果表明,该方法制备的TiO2为纳米级锐钛矿.制备TiO2的最佳配比条件为:无水乙醇20.0 ml,蒸馏水1.5 ml,pHl.7.当活化温度为450℃、活化时间为180 min、紫外灯照射高度为10 cm、催化剂投加量为2g/L、目标废水pH为4.0时,达到最佳降解效果.%Using Ti( OCH9 )4 as raw material, ethanol without water as solvent and nitric acid as inhibition, orthogonal experiment was adopted to determine the TiO2 primary optimized condition. X-radiation technology was used to characterize the prepared TiO2 samples. Taking red colourant matter as objective degradation, the effect of calcinations temperature, calcinations time, the height of UV lamp, input of catalyst and pH of red dyestuff on the photo catalytic degradation efficiency were studied. Results showed that the optimized preparation condition of TiO2 was 20.0 ml of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1.5 ml of distilled water, pH 1.7. When the calcinations temperature was 450 ℃, calcinations time 150 min, 10 cm height of UV lamp, 2 g/L TiO2 and pH 4.0 optimized degradation effect was obtained.
