[目的]优化北五味子愈伤组织诱导培养基.[方法]采用均匀设计法,以诱导率为主要考察目标,对北五味子愈伤组织生长的激素成分进行多因素多水平考察.[结果]叶片和叶柄的最佳培养基组合均为MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA;茎段为Ms+3.0 mg/L6-BA+0.6mv/L NAA.[结论]用均匀设计法优化愈伤组织诱导培养基省时、方便,且明显高于均匀设计试验方案中的诱导率.%[ Objective ] To optimize the inductive medium for Schisandga chinensis Baill callus. [ Method ] By using uniform design method,with inductivity as main investigate target, the components of hormone for growth of Schisandga chinensis Baill callus were investigated from multi-factors and multi-levels. [ Result ] The optimum medium was MS + 3.0 mg/L 6-BA combination for tender leaf and petiole;the optimum medium was MS + 3.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.6 mg/L NAA combination for stem. [ Conclusion] Uniform design is a saving,convenient method for the optimum medium for callus, and more than that of the arrangement for the inductivity.
