Agricultural projects are dependent, external and risky. Problems in the assessment of agricultural projects were put forward. The comprehensive evaluation indicator system was set up from the aspects of the project profitability, solvency of the project, the project social benefits, environmental impact, project risk and project technical level so as to avoid one-sidedness of individual assessment and to make decision -making more scientific.%介绍了农业项目的资源依赖性、外部性、综合性、风险性等特点,指出了农业项目评估应注意的问题,从项目的盈利能力、偿债能力、社会效益、环境影响、风险程度、技术水平等方面构建了农业项目的综合评价指标体系,以避免单项评估的片面性,提高决策的科学性.
