水样中可吸附有机氯化物(AOCl)的测定——硫氰酸汞高铁光度法

         

摘要

[ Objective] The study aimed to explore the feasibility of determining the absorbable organic chlorine (AOCl) in water sample with ferrithiocyanate spectrophotometry. [Method] Under the condition of oxygenating at 950 ℃, the organic chlorine absorbed on active carbon could be oxidized quantitatively into inorganic chlorine by tubular furnace. After the inorganic chlorine was absorbed in the borax solution, the chloride content in the solution was determined with ferrithiocyanate spectrophotometry. [ Result] The ferrithiocyanate spectrophotometric method could effectively determine AOCl in the sewage, surface water and groundwater. The instruments and equipment had low demand and simple operation and were easy to be operated, and the measuring precision conformed to the requirements of state standards GB5959-1995. With this method, the measurement range of AOCl was 50-1 000 μg( Cl)/L and the relative standard deviation was less than 7.48% . The analysis on 53 water samples in a sewage irrigation region showed that the relative standard deviation with this method were all less than 5.36% , having good parallelism and repeatability and the testing results could effectively reveal A0C1 pollution current situation in study area and its environmental effect[ Conclusion] Compared with the national standards and other methods, this method is simple to operation and had low demand for instruments, so it is easy to be popularized.%[目的]探讨利用硫氰酸汞高铁光度法测定水样中可吸附有机氯化物(AOCl)的可行性.[方法]利用管式炉,在950℃充氧的条件下,使吸附在活性炭上的有机氯化物定量地氧化为无机氯,经硼砂溶液吸收,用硫氰酸汞高铁光度法测定溶液中的氯化物含量.[结果]用硫氰酸汞高铁光度法能有效测定污水、地表水和地下水中的AOCl,且仪器设备要求低,操作简单易行,测量精度符合国家标准GB5959-1995的要求.用该法可测定AOCl的范围为50-1000μg(Cl)/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤7.48%.对某污水灌溉区53个水样的分析表明,该法相对标准偏差均≤5.36%,有较好的平行性和重复性,测试结果能有效揭示研究区AOCl的污染现状和其环境效应.[结论]与国家标准和其他的方法相比.该方法测AOCl简单易行,对仪器设备的要求低,易于推广.
