国家陆续出台了林业产业振兴规划等扶持林业政策,林业上市公司的发展又再次引起社会的关注,合理的资本结构对于林业上市公司的发展具有重要意义.研究选取2000～2009年林业上市公司数据,对我国林业上市公司资本结构现状进行研究,实证检验了林业上市公司资本结构与公司绩效之间呈负相关关系,并对形成这种结果的原因进行了分析,并为我国林业上市公司寻求最优资本结构提出了相关政策性建议.%A series of favorable government policies, forestry listed companies receive social' s interest and it is important to find a reasonable capital structure. Taking Chinese forestry listed companies as samples to examine the relationship between capital structure and corporation performance. The empirical research found that capital structure and corporation performance are negative correlation. Moreover, the reasons were discussed and some suggestions were made to promote the optimization of capital structure of forestry listed companies.
