[目的]筛选罗布麻种子诱导分化的最佳培养基.[方法]以MS培养基为基础培养基,选择无污染的带皮罗布麻种芽(露白)作为外植体,考察不同浓度NAA对罗布麻种子诱导分化的影响,筛选出最佳的培养基.[结果]不同浓度的NAA均能促进罗布麻种子成活,且不同浓度见无显著性差异.罗布麻种子的最佳培养基为:MS+0.02 mg/L NAA +1.00 mg/L IBA +10g/L琼脂+30 g/L蔗糖.[结论]该研究为罗布麻的规模化生产奠定了基础.%[Objective] To screen out a optimal medium for differentiation of seed from Apocynum venetum L..[ Method ] Using MS as thebasic medium and free bulbils of Apocynum venetum as explants, effect of NAA concentration on differentiation of seed from Apocynum venetumwas investigated, obtaining the optimum medium. [Result] NAA favored the survival of Apocynum venetum seed, and was not significant indifferent concentration. The optimal medium for differentiation of Apocynum venetum seed was: MS + 0.02 mg/L NAA + 1.00 mg/L IBA +10g/L agar + 30 g/L cane sugar. [ Conclusion] This case provided basis for the industrialization production of Apocynum venetum.
