[目的]为了揭示黄连木(Pistacia chinesis Bunge)叶芽发育进程,以便确定适宜的芽接时期.[方法]于2010年在河北农业大学标本园采集不同时期的黄连木叶芽,采用石蜡切片法,对其叶芽的发育进程进行了观察.[结果]黄连木叶芽的发育可分为叶芽原基出现期、鳞片发育期、雏叶形成期、维管束分化期、维管束形成期和叶芽原基发育期6个阶段.[结论]在5月10日以后黄连木叶芽已经基本发育完全,但新梢尚未完全木质化,5月20日以后,新梢逐渐木质化,可以进行芽接.%[Objective] The aim was to reveal the leaf bud development process so as to find suitable budding period of P. Chinesis Bunge.[Method] There was studied in specimen garden of Agricultural University of Hebei in 2010 by collecting different development periods leafbuds with the method of conventional paraffin sectioning. [ Results ] The results showed that the development of P. Chinesis Bunge leaf budcould be divided into 6 periods, which were leaf bud primordium period, squama formation period, rudimentary leaf formation period, vasculardifferentiation period, vascular formation period and leaf bud primordium development period. [ Conclusion] Leaf bud developed completely onMay 10th, but the shoots hadnt lignified completely; from May 20th, the shoots lignified gradually and the leaf bud was suited for budding.
