[目的]表征几种碳纳米管(CNTs)的特性,并检测其对呼吸系统的毒性.[方法]运用透射电镜、拉曼光谱技术检测市售几种碳纳米管的性状;通过染毒箱研究CNTs对小鼠呼吸系统的影响.[结果]单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)对呼吸系统的影响小,多壁碳纳米管( MWCNTs)对呼吸系统的影响较大.[结论]CNTs对呼吸系统的影响和杂质的含量与管壁的直径有关.%[Objective] To characterize several carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and detect it toxicity effects on die respiratory system of mouse.[Method] The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman speclroscopy were adopted to delect the characters of several sold CNTs;and then the effect of CNTs on the respiratory system of mouse was observed by AniRes-2005 after aerosolization administration. [ Result] Therespiratory system of mouse was slightly affected by SWCNTs, but greatly influenced by MWCNTs. [Conclusion] The effects of CNTs on therespiratory system of mouse related to the content of impurities and the diameter of nonotubes.
