花生壳对水华蓝藻的化感抑制作用研究

         

摘要

[目的]为生态治理太湖水华蓝藻提供科学依据.[方法]在实验室条件下,以南太湖水华蓝藻铜绿微囊藻为材料,研究了不同处理方式的花生壳对其生长的化感抑制作用.[结果]经高温高压灭菌后的0.1%和0.5%花生壳对铜绿微囊藻的生长具有明显的抑制作用;经次氯酸钙消毒处理过的0.1%和0.5%花生壳以及0.05%~1.00%花生壳提取液对铜绿微囊藻的生长无明显的抑制作用.[结论]花生壳经高温高压处理后可以抑制水华蓝藻的生长.%[Objective] The purpose was to provide scientific basis for treatment on bloom cyanobacteria. [ Method] In the condition of laboratory test, taking Microcystis aeruginosa from south Taihu Lake as material, then the allelopathic effect of peanut shell on M. Aeruginosa under different processing methods was studied. [ Result] 0. 1% and 0.5% of autoclaved peanut shell significantly inhibited the growth of M. Aeruginosa, and there was no obvious inhibitory effect under the treatment with 0.1% and 0.5% of peanut shell disinfected by calcium hypo-chlorite or the peanut shell extract in different concentrations from 0.05% to 1. 00%. [Conclusion] The peanut shell under autoclaved treatment can inhibit the growth of bloom cyanobacteria.
