固相微萃取技术(SPME)是20世纪90年代被提出并得到快速发展的一种灵敏、方便、快速、无溶剂、适用于液体和气体样品分析的样品前处理技术.针对强极性、难挥发的有机化合物,衍生化反应利于进一步的色谱分析.重点就固相微萃取的发展历史、衍生化反应类型及固相微萃取-气相色谱技术的应用进行了综述.%Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) as a kind of sensitive, convenient, fast, solvent-free, liquid and gas eamples analysis pre-trealmenl is being proposed in the 1990s and has been rapidly developed. This technology is conducive to further chromatographic analysis for strong polar, difficult volatile compounds by derivatization. This article reviews the SPME historical development, the type of derivative reaction and SPME-GC applications.
