In order to improve the level of construction, management and technology on biogas plant, the authors visited the German State of Lower Saxony on biogas plant technology, construction, management, utilization as renewable energy, utilization of the fermentation residues and the policies on biogag plant,and communicated with the Ministry of Agriculture of the state,institutions,banks and biogas plant training school, and visited the Hardegsen biogag plant. So, we have more understanding on the biogas plant in the state even the Germany, these works could provide some references for the development of biogas plant in Anhui and other provinces of China.%为提高大中型沼气工程建设、管理及技术水平,赴德国下萨克森州考察沼气工程工艺、建设技术、运营管理、沼气能源化利用途径、沼气发酵残留物综合利用、沼气相关政策等情况.先后与德国下萨克森州农业部及相关科研机构、银行及培训机构代表进行了交流洽谈,并实地考察了Hardegsen沼气工程.通过交流与实地考察,对下萨克森州乃至德国沼气工程有了更加充分的了解,可为安徽及我国其他省份沼气工程发展提供借鉴.
