锁阳中黄酮的抗氧化功能研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The aim was to explore the effects of flavonoids extracted from Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr. On the antioxidant function of aging mice. [ Method]9-month-old female Kunming mice were divided randomly into four groups. In control group,mice were given sterile water by gavage; in the low, medium and high dose groups, mice were given solutions of Cynomorium Songaricum, Rupr. Extract powder and sterile water by gavage for 54 d, with the flavonoids doses of BW 0.08,0.17, and 0.50 g/kg, respectively. Changes of SOD, MDA, and myocar-dial lipofuscin were determined according to the instructions of kits. [Result] Compared with the control group,the activity of SOD increased significantly by 18.6% (P<0.05) ,19.5% (P<0.05) and 22. 7% (P<0.01) in low, high and medium dose groups, respectively. MDA content reduced in three dose groups,which were 15.0% (P <0.05)in medium dose group and 26.0% (P<0. 01 )in high dose group. Myo-cardial lipofuscin content also decreased,in three dose groups,which were 11.2% and 9.7% in medium dose group and high dose group,respectively. [ Conclusion ] Flavonoids extracted from Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr. By ultrasound had certain antioxidation activity.%[目的]探索锁阳黄酮对衰老小鼠机体抗氧化功能的影响.[方法]采用9月龄雌性昆明小鼠,按体重随机分为4组.空白对照组每日灌胃无菌水;将制备的锁阳提取物干粉以无菌水制成溶液,低、中、高剂量组,按总黄酮计,分别按( BW)0.08、0.17、0.50 g/kg的量灌胃,连续灌胃54d,按南京建成试剂盒说明分别测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、心肌脂褐质水平变化.[结果]与空白对照组比较,各剂量组SOD活性均有明显的提高,低、高剂量组分别提高了18.6%和19.5%(P<0.05),中剂量组提高了22.7%,差异显著(P<0.01);各剂量组MDA含量均减少,中剂量组减少了15.0%,高剂量组减少了26.0%,差异显著(P<0.01);各剂量组心肌脂褐质含量均减少,中、高剂量组分别减少了11.2%和9.7%,差异显著(P<0.05).[结论]超声提取的锁阳中的黄酮具有抗氧化功能.
