香柏精油提取工艺研究

         

摘要

[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of essential oil from Thuja occidentals L. [ Method] The methods of salting-out and sfeam distillation were adopted to study the extraction technology and inspect the effect of NaCl concentration, liquid-solid ratio, soaking time and distillation time on the extraction rate of essential oil. [Result] The optimum extraction conditions were: 4% NaCl, 1:15 (g:ml) solid-liquid ratio ,6 h soaking tittle and 3 h distillation time. Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 1.80%. [Conclusion] The method was simple and reliable, which was applicable for industrial production.%[目的]优化香柏精油提取工艺.[方法]采用盐析协同水蒸气蒸馏法对香柏精油的提取工艺进行研究.分别考察NaCl的浓度、液料比浸泡时间以及蒸馏时间对香柏细枝叶精油提取率的影响.[结果]提取香柏精油的最佳工艺条件为:NaC1浓度4%,料液比1∶15(g:ml),浸泡时间6 h,蒸馏时间3h;在此条件下香柏精油提取率1.80%.[结论]该方法简单可靠,可用于工业化生产.
