甜橙油抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The purpose was to study the antioxidant activity of sweet orange oil. [Method] The antioxidant activity of sweet orange oil was determined by DPPH free radical elimination method and Prussian blue method resp. [Result] When the mass concn. Of sweet orange oil was less than 192.5 mg/ml and the sweet orange oil showed dose effect on increasing the eliminated rate of DPPH free radical. When its mass concn. Exceeded 192.5 mg/ml,the eliminated rate of DPPH free radical was invariable basically. When its concn. Was in 27.5 - 192.5 mg/ml,the eliminated rate of DPPH free radical showed good dose - effect relationship with the concn. Of sweet orange oil and their linear equation was y = 0. 319 2x +28. 9,(R2 =0.987 1). In the experiment on eliminating DPPH free radical,the detection wavelength was 518 nm,the stabilizing time of reaction was 60 min and IC50 was (66.10 ±0.39) mg/ml. In the concn. Range of 27.5 - 137.5 mg/ml,the reducing power of sweet orange oil was increased linearly along with the increase of its concn. And its line fitting equation was y = 0. 0041x + 0. 121 1, (R2 =0.989 9). So, it was validated that the sweet orange oil possessed higher reducing power and was better electron supplier. [ Conclusion ] The sweet orange oil possessed higher reducing power and its reducing power showed extremely significant dose - effect relationship with its mass concn. In the range of 27.5 -137.5 mg/ml.%[目的]研究甜橙油的抗氧化活性.[方法]分别采用DPPH自由基清除法和普鲁士蓝法测定甜橙油的抗氧化活性.[结果]甜橙油的质量浓度小于192.5 mg/ml时,甜橙油对DPPH自由基的清除率呈剂量效应增加;当其质量浓度超过192.5 mg/ml时,甜橙油对DPPH自由基的清除率基本维持不变.在27.5 ~ 192.5 mg/ml的浓度范围内,DPPH自由基清除率与甜橙油浓度呈现良好的量效关系:y=0.3192x +28.9(R2 =0.987 1).DPPH自由基清除试验中,以518 nm为检测波长,反应平稳时间为60 min,IC50值为(66.10±0.39)mg/ml.在27.5 ~ 137.5 mg/ml范围内甜橙油的还原能力呈线性增高趋势,其线性拟合方程为y=0.004 1x +0.121 1(R2 =0.989 9),证实甜橙油具有较强的还原性,是比较好的电子供应者.[结论]甜橙油具有较强的还原能力,其还原力与质量浓度在27.5 ~ 137.5 mg/ml范围内存在极显著的量效关系.
