[Objective] To reveal the- change rule of the developmental expression of Myostatin (MSTN)geng and the differences between Chinese and foreign pig breeds, to provide theoretical basis lor early selection of the target traits in two. [ Method] the relative expression of MSTX of Chinese and foreign pig breeds in different growth stages were detected using semi-quantitative KT-FCK. [Result ] Theexpression level of mstn mR-NA were lower in the body of earlier pigs,then,increased significanlly at the ages of 3 -30 d, after that, the levels deereased with day-old growth in both varieties (P<0.05). The expression level of mstn in Hebao pigs was higher than it in Yorkshire pigs significantly (P<0.05 ). [Conclusion] The expression level of MSTN Showed regular developmental changes. The differences of two types appearwl after the stage of 30 d.%[目的]分析猪肌生成抑制素(MSTN)基因表选的发育性变化规律及中外猪种之间置异,为实现对目标性状的活体早期选育提供理论依据.[方法]采用丰定量RT-PCR,检测各生长阶段猪及中外猪种的MSTY相对表选量.[结果]初生猪体内MSTN基因表达量较低,3～30日龄猪体内MSTT、基园表达量显著(P＜0.05),随后MSTN基因表达量随日龄的增长而上降(P＜0.05)荷包猪MSTN基因mRNA表达水平显著高于大白猪(P＜0.05)[结论]MSTN基因表达水平具有明显的发育性变化规律,而且中外猪种之间差异显著,种间差异主要表现在30日龄以后.
