红蓝草红色素的微波提取工艺研究

         

摘要

[目的]确定微波提取红蓝草红色素的最佳工艺条件.[方法]以提取液的吸光度为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验,研究微波功率、提取时间和料液比对红色素提取效果的影响.[结果]最佳提取条件为以蒸馏水为溶剂,微波功率320W,提取时间75s、料液比(W/V)1:20.[结论]微波技术用于天然色素浸提,耗时少、效率高.%[Objective] The study aimed to determine the optimal technological conditions of the microwave extraction technology of haemalo-chrome from Peristrophe roxburghiana. [ Method] Single factor and orthogonal experiment were used, and the absorbance of extracting solution was viewed as investigation index, to study the effect of microwave power, extraction time, solid to liquid ratio on the extraction efficiency of haematoehrome. [ Result] The optimum microwave extraction condition* were: distilled water as solvenl, microwave power 320 W, entraclion time 75 s, ratio of solid to liquid ( W/V) 1:20. [Conclusion] Microwave technology for the extraction of natural pig|ments has the advantages of less time-consuming and high efficiency.
