In recent years, scholars at home and abroad had made wide research on Celastrus orbiculatus. And some achievements had been made in C. orbiculatus treatment, such as rheumatoid arthritis, anti-tumor, inhibition of atherosclerosis. With C. orbiculatus' deeper research, the biological activity of anti-virus, anti-tumor, anti-oxidant will inevitably become a hot topic. The paper reviewed the research status of C. orbiculatus over the past decade at home and abroad.%近年来,国内外学者对南蛇藤(Celastrus orbiculatus)进行了广泛的研究,其在治疗类风湿性关节炎、抗肿瘤、抑制动脉硬化等方面取得了一定成果.随着南蛇藤活性成分研究的深入,其抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化活性等生物活性的研究必然成为国内外研究的热点.现仅对近10年来国内外有关南蛇藤方面的研究现状进行综述.
