北五味子花色素苷提取工艺的研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to study the anthocyanins extracted condition from Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.[Method] The gradient experiments of single factor were made by choosing extracting reagent,concentration of extracting reagent,extracting time,extracting temperature and proportion of material-liquid.[Result] By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum condition of extracting was as follows: the extracting reagent was ethanol,the concentration was 80%,extracting time was 30 min,the temperature was 40 ℃,the proportion of material and extracting reagent was 1:12.[Conclusion] The experiment provided the basis for extracting anthocyanins in large scale.%[目的]研究北五味子花色素苷的浸提条件.[方法] 选取提取剂、提取剂浓度、提取时间、温度以及料液比5种因素进行梯度试验,确定最佳提取条件.[结果] 通过单因素试验和正交试验,得出最佳提取条件:提取剂乙醇,浓度为80%,提取时间30 min,浸提温度40 ℃,料液比1:12.[结论] 该试验为规模化提取北五味子色素提供依据.
