[Objective]To master the law of meteorological disasters in the region and defensive countermeasures,which had an extremely important significance to the prevention and mitigation of meteorological disasters damage.[Method] Evaluation of meteorological disasters and the extent of economic losses were analyzed by the methods of conventional mathematical statistics.[Result] Natural meteorological weather in Chaoyang had six kinds of major disasters,which were not existed in isolation.They can be arranged as follows at the aspects of economic losses and the frequency: Drought-Hail-Lightning-Wind-Low-temperature frost-Rain.In 55A,the Chaoyang region lost 7-8 billion.[Conclusion] The sustainability of the natural meteorological disasters prevention were the foundation of disaster prevention,the ecological environment sustainable development was a healthy way of disaster prevention,changed ideology from disaster relief to defense were the fundamental of disaster prevention.Do a good job in defensive work,weather should be first,closely monitored,accurate forecasting,timely early warning,disaster losses can be decreased or discharged.%[目的]掌握该地区气象灾害规律及防御对策,对预防、减轻气象灾害的危害程度有着极其重要的意义.[方法] 采用常规数理统计方法,进行分析评价气象灾害与经济损失程度.[结果] 朝阳自然气象灾害主要有6种,它们不是孤立存在的,从经济损失程度和频次可排列为:干旱、冰雹、雷电、大风、低温霜冻、暴雨.在55年中,给朝阳地区造成了70亿～80亿元的经济损失.[结论]可持续性防御自然气象灾害是防灾的基础,生态环境持续朝着良性发展是防灾的途径,改变救灾为防御的意识形态是防灾的根本.做好防御工作,气象要先行,严密监测、准确预报、及时预警,才能将灾情损失下降或解除.
