潭江下游及黄茅海入海口底栖动物现状及水质分析

         

摘要

The zoobenthos collected from 16 sampling stations in lower reaches of Tan River and Huangmao Bay from Aug to Dec of 2003 were analyzed.Zoobenthos density in the 16 sampling stations ranged between 0-440 ind/m2, and the biomass ranged between 0-91.08 g/m2,the average density and biomass were 143.44 ind/m2 and 21.71 g/m2, respectively.The Shannon-Wiener diversity ranged between 0-1.61.Zoobenthos in the investigated area are lack of species, rich in density and low in diversity.Water quality of Lower reaches of Tan River and Huangmao Bay was estimated to be moderate or high polluted according to diversity index.However, high density of Mollusca indicated clearer water.Since zoobenthos diversity may be affected by physical character of the bottom, when zoobenthos diversity was used to assess water quality, species composition should also be considered.%通过对2003年8~12月潭江下游及黄茅海入海口16个采样点采集的17种底栖动物进行分析.结果表明,各调查站位底栖动物的栖息密度范围为0~440 ind/m2,平均栖息密度为143.44 ind/m2.底栖动物的生物量范围为0~91.08 g/m2,平均生物量为21.71 g/m2.生物多样性在0~1.61,说明该调查水域大型底栖动物种类组成具有种类少,数量大,生物多样性指数不高的特点.如果按照多样性指数评价水体水质的标准,则该水体基本属于中污染到重污染类型,但同时软体动物高的生物量和密度指示该水体水体水质尚清洁.因此,在以底栖动物的多样性指数来评价水质时,还要结合环境指示种及优势种进行分析.
