反冲洗强度对生物活性滤池过滤效果影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The purpose was to supply technical support for extending the filtration cycle of bioactive filter and enhancing its filtration effect. [Method] With water collected from Huangpu River as source water, water treated by conventional precipitation method as experimental influent, the bioactive filters with different filter material combinations such as active carbon-quartz sand and active carbon-haydite were used to study the influence of backwashing intensity on their filtration effect. [Result] After the bioactive filter was backwashed with low-intensity water, the consumption rate of dissolved oxygen in Filter 1 and 2 were 33.30% and 38.46% resp. after they had been running for 30 min and their consumption rates fluctuated around 37.80% and 42.10% resp. in 24 h. After the bioactive filter was backwashed with high-intensity water, the consumption rate of dissolved oxygen in Filter 1 and 2 did not reach 37.70% till they had been running for 240 min and their consumption rates were about 35.10% yet after 24 h. After the bioactive filter was treated by air-water backwashing, the consumption rate of dissolved oxygen in Filter 1 and 2 were 33.90% and 35.48% resp. after they had been operating for 120 min and their consumption rates fluctuated around 35.90% and 36.10% resp. in 24 h. After the bioactive filter was backwashed, their organic removal rates fluctuated around 13%. [Conclusion] The various washing methods had no obvious influence on the filtration effect of bioactive filter. About 40% backwashing water consumption could be saved by using air-water backwashing.%[目的]为延长生物活性滤池的过滤周期,提高其过滤效果提供技术支持.[方法] 以黄浦江水为水源水,常规沉淀出水为试验进水,采用活性炭-石英砂、活性炭-陶粒等不同滤料组合的生物活性滤池,研究反冲洗强度对其过滤效果的影响.[结果]低强度水反冲洗之后,运行30 min后1、2号滤池溶解氧的消耗率分别为33.30%和38.46%,24 h内其消耗率分别在37.80%和42.10%上下波动.高强度水反冲洗之后,运行240 min后1、2号滤池溶解氧的消耗率才达37.70%,24 h后其消耗率仍为35.10%左右.气水联合反冲洗之后,运行120 min后1、2号滤池溶解氧的消耗率分别达33.90%和35.48%,24 h内其消耗率分别在35.90%和36.10%上下波动.反冲洗之后,有机物去除率在13%左右波动.[结论] 各冲洗方式对生物活性滤池的过滤效果无明显影响,气水联合反冲洗可节约40%左右的反冲耗水量.
