[ Objective ] The effect of different concentrations of chitooligosaccharides on the activity of liquid Pleurotus( Pleu eryngii) culture was studied. [Method] The parent Pleurotus species - "Apricot" being taken as testing material, the germination time of the Pleurotus and the rate of its mycelial growth were detected under the treatment of the different concentrations of chitooligosaccharides added in the medium. [Results] The results showed that the concentration of 0.001 mg/ml of chitooligosaccharides could obviously significantly shorten its germination time and promote the its mycelial growth.[Conclusion] The chitooligosaccharides as a degradation biomass from natural product could have the growthrnregulator role in edible fungus growth.%[目的]研究不同浓度的壳寡糖对杏鲍菇液体菌种活性的影响.[方法]以杏鲍菇母种"农杏"为供试菌种,将不同浓度寡聚糖添加到培养基中,观察杏鲍菇液体菌种萌发时间,测定菌丝生长速度.[结果]浓度为0.001 mg/ml的壳寡糖能明显缩短杏鲍菇液体菌种的萌发时间并促进其菌丝生长.[结论]壳寡糖作为天然生物物质的降解产物,对食用菌具有生长调节作用.
