[ Objective ] The characteristics of the heavy metal-Cu distribution in the wheat and its accumulation were understood. [ Method ] The amount of Cu accumulation in the different organs in seedling,elongation,heading and mature stage of wheat was tested under the treatment of the different concentrations of Cu solution added in the soil grown with wheat. Trie characteristics of heavy metal-Cu enrichment in wheat plant werernanalyzed and the effect of the content of the heavy metal-Cu in wheat grain on the human life was determined. [ Results] The results showed that most of Cu was accumulated in wheat root and little,in aerial part of wheat plant. The content of Cu in root,stem and leaf of wheat was highest in wheat elongation stage. There was little variation in the content of Cu in wheat glume and grain in heading and maturity stage within the range of treatments. The content of Cu in grain in wheat maturity stage was met the requirement of the Safety Standard of China's Non-polluted Food.[Conclusion] The content of Cu accumulation in the different parts of same wheat growth period,as well as in different periods in same part of wheat was different.%[目的]了解重金属Cu在小麦体内的分布特征及积累水平.[方法]通过向土壤中投加不同处理水平Cu的溶液来培养小麦的试验方案,测定小麦在幼苗期、拔节期、抽穗期、成熟期下各器官中重金属Cu的富集量,分析小麦对重金属Cu的富集特征,并确定成熟期小麦所结的籽实中Cu含量对人类生产生活的影响.[结果]结果表明,其分布规律为:Cu离子绝大部分富集在了根部,而向地上部分的迁移量很少,表现为:Cu在小麦根部蓄积量最大,而在营养器官中蓄积量最少.处于拔节期的根、茎、叶,Cu含量最高;处于抽穗期与成熟期颖壳及籽实,Cu含量在处理浓度范围内波动很小基本保持稳定;成熟期籽实中的Cu含量符合我国无公害食品的安全标准.[结论]小麦相同时期不同部位以及在相同部位不同时期对重金属Cu的富集程度都不同.
