OBE理念下专业教师对学生指导模式的改革与实践

         

摘要

以东北林业大学高分子材料与工程专业为例, 探讨了OBE理念下专业教师对本科生指导模式的改革与实践, 提出了入学专业教育、学业指导和非学业指导以及创新、创业训练及科技竞赛指导相结合的学生指导模式, 实践证实了以OBE为导向的专业教师对学生指导模式的有效性, 为新工科背景下高效提升人才培养质量提供了一条值得借鉴的可行途径.%By using polymer material and engineering specialty of Northeast Forestry University as an example, the reform and practice for guidance model of professional teachers to students based on OBE (outcome-based education) engineering education concept was discussed in the article. And the guidance pattern of professional teachers to students including admission major education, professional academic guidance and non-academic guidance, the guidance of innovation, entrepreneurship training and technical competition was proposed. The practice proved that the guidance pattern of professional teachers to students guided by OBE was effective, which brought a referenceable and feasible way for efficiently promoting talent cultivation quality under the background of emerging engineering education.
