添加菌剂和不同C/N对葡萄枝条堆肥效果的影响

         

摘要

[目的]探究葡萄冬剪枝条资源再利用.[方法]采用好氧堆肥技术, 将葡萄冬剪碎枝条与鲜鸡粪按不同比例混合进行堆肥处理, 研究添加菌剂及鸡粪量对葡萄枝条堆肥进程及腐熟效果的影响.[结果]各处理中葡萄碎枝条与鲜鸡粪1:1比例混合、添加菌剂的处理4堆肥效果最好.在堆肥过程中, 其温度能够在3d内上升至50℃以上, 并能持续22 d以上的堆肥高温期, 能够有效的杀菌及降解难降解有机物.在堆肥40d时, 其种子发芽率为88.2%, C/N降为18.01, 总养分含量为4.85%.[结论]该研究将葡萄冬剪枝条堆肥化处理, 对葡萄产业循环经济中实现减量、再利用和再循环具有重要意义.%[Objective]The aim was to explore grape branches resource recycling.[Method]Using aerobic composting technology, mix the grape winter shredded branches and chicken manure in different proportions for composting.The effects of adding microbial agents and different chicken manure on the composting process and decomposition of grapes were studied.[Result]The results showed that the mixture of grape shreds and fresh chicken manure was mixed at a ratio of 1:1, and the treatment group 4 with added microbial agent had the best composting effect.In the composting process, the temperature could rise to above 50 °C within 3 days, and could last for more than 22 days in the high temperature period of compost, which could effectively sterilize and degrade refractory organic matter.When composted for 40 days, the seed germination rate was 88.2%, C/N decreased to 18.01, and total nutrient content was 4.85%.[Conclusion]This study carried out grape winter branches composting, it is of great significance to achieve reduction, reuse and recycling in the grape industry circular economy.
