Theory foundation of an approach to construction of Lagrangian and Hamiltonian presented by Chandrasekar et al is studied.It is shown that the foundation is Noether's theorem,and the method of construction of Lagrangian is a special case of inverse problem of Noether's theory.The characteristic and defect of Chandrasekar's approach are pointed out,and the approach is modified and generalized.Two examples are given to illustrate the application of the results.%研究钱德拉塞卡等提出的构造拉格朗日函数和哈密顿函数方法的理论基础,说明这个基础是诺特理论,这种方法是诺特理论逆问题的一种特殊情况,指出该方法的特点和问题,并加以完善和推广.举例说明所得结果的应用.
